A lovely time was had by all at the SD Zoo yesterday�DaSkeptic dat DaSauce is puts Groovy Gal in the sweet, smart, kind, polite, attractive, (hear the buttola coming?) but out-on-the-far-side-of-logic-category which puts a personal damper on any real interest over here. James Randi remains an idol for me. Thus, as wonderful and well-meant as someone who is in �the healing arts� could be�this particular boy prefers his shamanesque experiences in the text of fantasy novels.
Now, that is not to say that someone who believes wholeheartedly that they are helping or being helped with the use of crystals, herbs, punctures, dances, prayers, tinctures, laying-on-of-paws, and the like doesn�t gain/give tangible benefits (to the psyche via hope�) But, geez. Lay-Midwives (ducking over here) are wonderful and helpful to any soon-to-be-birthed-child and the mom--if there is an emergent care facility immediately down the hallway.
Either way, she was a joy to be around�and avoiding logic discussions was the better part of valor for this boy.

DaSon had an amazing time with his little friend�and we took them out for piles of rotting-but-recently-killed fish on rice at a local talented Japanese eatery after�which always brightens my day and my tummy.
Sorry that this one lands on the short side�lots of kidlet activities and house-cleaning for visitors happening here�and the stolen three minutes for an update have now ended so I�ll just--
