I don't think it's odd that you had to write more about the war before you could write about anything else. I did the same thing earlier today, and I feel immensely better for having said most of what is on my mind. I think a big part of the need to express myself on Dland about this issue (and maybe this is true for you too) is because I can't talk about it at home. You never know which people you know are going to spit on you for being "Anti-American" or pat you on the back, and there isn't an adult around of the soulmate persuasion (or even make-out partner persuasion, which would be just as nice right now) that I can sit down and hash it out with. So instead, dland gets to bear the brunt of it from me, right? Anyway, keep writing about anything you like, and don't worry about losing readers. Hugs.

Out of the mouths of kids. I'm with him, we should skip it next time. Give DaKid a hug for me, eh? :)

If Sadam really was killed and now all we have to do is rebuild Iraq and install a dictator of our choosing, then the shrub will indeed come out of this almost squeaky clean. Which would be a shame because it means we'll be stuck with him as president for another four years. The whole thing sucks. But, that's just my opinion.
